Iron Maiden. Weren't they a fairly recent band that had a lot of hair and made a lot of noise?

Lots of hair and lots of noise since 1975 & still going strong.  I first saw them in 82. I was just a little excited about the announcement of their new tour and CD, hence the post.

I saw Iron Maiden before they were famous in a pub called the Nags Head in London. Leyton if I remember rightly about 1975. I have seen them many times since including Monsters of Rock festival at dear old Donnington Park 1988 and 1992. The best of the Donnington festivals was AC/DC in 1991. Being a rock fan all my life The Irons must be one of orif not the best.
