 After living here for nine years....a revelation...there is no personal responsibility....
 
WTF ... are you on about now, no doubt you are saying....
 
     ........standing in the 7/11 this morning, i witnessed a group of teenage school boys and girls loading up on snacks and treats for obviously, a school outing, this was before six a.m............
 
everything was in order, until one debonair "young buck" rocks up with a 7/11 basket loaded and a backpack on tow...so what's the revelation....
 
the employee of 7/11 checks the items through the cash register.....then puts out his hand for the backpack the boy has, the pretence of a polite assistance to pack the too numerous items into the backpack...
 
Sooo ......without even breaking stride the employee then unzips the other section of the backpack and runs through the cash register the as yet unstolen items not tendered by the potential thief.....
 
no exchange.....nothing....on legendary smiles...no agro.....no abuse....no argument....
just an acceptances by both parties that "that's the way it is''..........
 
What this may reveal.......is personal responsibility.....is collective....
anything is acceptable until you face correction by the group or others, whose rights you have usurped.
 
the exchange was so "urban" as to go un-noticed by anyone who was not paying attention....
 
   cartblanch....let loose the "Hounds of Hell".....
 
in nine years, how could i have missed something so obvious..........Confused

       ....for all you real Buddists out there, us Anglo-Saxon Judo-Christian guilt driven sinners are missing so much.....
 
          now i get it....do what you wan't.....make merit....pay off Karma debt....and if all else fails hide out in the Wat....
 
        the 7/11 epesoide above only underlines to adhearants that the employee of 7/11 had stolen from "young buck" in a previous life.....Sooo  ....it's Karma payback.....
 
                 now is this philosophy good......or is it good.........
 
                 What a revelation.....those Muzzies, will want to be up on their game.....
                  all us Christian sinners are just where we deserve to be in "Hell".....LOL

I really don't think that the 7/11 incident had anything to do with anything cultural, religion, being Thai or anything of the sort.  I think the kid is just in training to be  an international grain trader....or maybe a hedge fund manager...Big smile  He is young.  Give him time and he will learn to steal without getting caught so easily....with all the information available from Wall Street, the Banks n all...Wink  The torch must always be passed on to a new generation........

   That's a possible view, even warrants reflection.....of course if the "kid liberator" has a real aptitude he may even progress to more nebulous and murky nether world of insurance.....holding impromptu seminars in the homes of unsuspecting accomplices.....completely innocent shills [after the fact].
 
....but as the milk of human kindness sours, all revert to culture, religion and type [even less successful "liberators"].....decating a Hospital Wing, College Campus, Libraries or Wats on their death beds.....trying to steal even the final illusion.....
