Much of the stuff, imo, about the importance of learning English (from a native speaker) is from people who hold a much higher opinion of themselves than is warranted
Terry,it seems you have fallen foul of one of the greatest threats to the English language today by using the term IMO. If it's your opinion.be proud and spell it out. Nearly as bad as LOL,ROTFL etc

I agree with your useful clarification information to David but feel the " " was unnecessary as I note David is a new member (of just 1 day) to KKF and probably does not have any knowledge of Stomin's history with KKF. I took his comments as well intentioned general good advice and not an intention to attack Stormin personally.

good afternoon, my Filipino gf has a teaching degree, major maths/english, with many years teaching experience. She and I are seeking to move here to KK and she is looking for teaching position. Can you assist with any possible local knowledge of any schools seeking teachers. Her English is excellent, very devoted to her work, conscientious and committed teacher.
